I personally consider this actually now "usable". It is not end user ready, but it is not a minefield anymore :)
Also, I am working on setting up a small website for it.
Eventually, that one will provide a demo server. (With a special account creation and sending restriction so that it can't be abused as an open relay)

Wir erhalten gerade einige Anfragen zum Thema TrustPID. Das Projekt wurde uns 2021 vorgestellt. Wir haben damals auf unterschiedliche datenschutzrechtliche Problemfelder hingewiesen, insbesondere auf die Anforderungen einer wirksamen Einwilligung. Wir haben aber KEINE abschließende Projektbewertung vorgenommen oder irgendeine Art von Zustimmung gegeben. Es wurde nur vereinbart, dass es zukünftig weitere Beratungsgespräche mit den entsprechenden Telekommunikationsdiensteanbietern geben wird.

Thunderbird is able to display received messages :)
K9mail still needs some more work though.
Yes that server is an erooster test server. Feel free to check it by checking what it replies on a smtp EHLO command ;)
